We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sell-side analysts who can help train their latest language model on equity research and financial analysis tasks.
We're looking for sell-side analysts with significant experience at investment banks who know how to produce rigorous, publication-quality equity research. You understand how to read a 10-K and extract what actually matters, how to build an earnings model that holds up to scrutiny, and how to communicate a nuanced investment thesis clearly and concisely. That combination of financial rigour and structured communication is exactly what this work requires.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core equity research workflows: earnings analysis and 10-K teardowns, financial modelling and valuation, sector and competitive analysis, investment thesis writing, and research report production.
Compensation: $150/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5 to 20 hours per week (up to $3k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: March
Qualifications:
Sell-side equity analyst at a top investment bank or research boutique
Significant experience producing earnings analysis, financial models, and published equity research
Strong written communication and ability to evaluate financial analysis for accuracy and depth

Payment is processed within 30 days of submitting your invoice after a project closes. This net-30 schedule is standard for enterprise expert networks but slower than weekly-paying AI platforms. Plan your cash flow accordingly — this is not a 'get paid Friday' setup.
Is this traditional consulting?
Not exactly. You act as a "Teacher" for advanced AI. Instead of client deliverables, you are given complex scenarios to evaluate. You grade the AI's logic, correct its hallucinations, and provide expert-level reasoning. Your job is to train the model to think like you do.
