We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced creative producers who can help train their latest language model on production and project management tasks in creative and digital environments.
We're looking for senior producers with 7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary creative projects from brief to delivery. You know how to hold a production together under pressure — managing timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and client relationships simultaneously without losing sight of the creative. You have operated at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you understand what it takes to ship high-quality work on time and on budget in an agency or studio environment.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core production workflows: project scoping and resourcing, production scheduling and timeline management, budget development and tracking, client and stakeholder communication, and post-production coordination.
Compensation: $110/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2,200/week)
Location: Fully remote — work on your own schedule

Senior Producer with 7+ years of experience leading creative or digital production at an agency or studio
Proven track record managing complex projects across design, film, digital, or brand campaigns
Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and ability to evaluate production plans and documentation

When and how do I get paid?
Payment is processed within 30 days of submitting your invoice after a project closes. This net-30 schedule is standard for enterprise expert networks but slower than weekly-paying AI platforms. Plan your cash flow accordingly — this is not a 'get paid Friday' setup.
Is this traditional consulting?
Not exactly. You act as a "Teacher" for advanced AI. Instead of client deliverables, you are given complex scenarios to evaluate. You grade the AI's logic, correct its hallucinations, and provide expert-level reasoning. Your job is to train the model to think like you do.
Why is the pay so high?
This role requires deep, verified expertise. General knowledge isn't enough; the model is specifically being trained on "edge cases"—the rare, difficult, or highly technical nuances that only a senior professional would know.
What is the workload like?
This is cognitive, deep work. Unlike simple data labeling, you might spend 45-60 minutes on a single task, researching citations or verifying complex calculations. Quality is prioritized over speed.
