Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $150 per hour (up to $3k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find senior US tax leaders who can help train their latest language model on complex corporate tax strategy and oversight tasks.
We're looking for VPs of Tax and Tax Directors at large corporates who are accountable for the full tax function, not just compliance execution. You have overseen tax strategy, managed relationships with external advisors, navigated IRS audits and disputes, and made the calls on uncertain tax positions that carry real financial and reputational risk for your organisation. That senior technical judgment and strategic oversight experience is exactly what this work requires.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across senior corporate tax workflows: tax strategy and planning memos, uncertain tax position analysis, transfer pricing documentation, tax provision oversight, IRS audit response drafting, and board-level tax risk reporting.
Compensation: $150/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5 to 20 hours per week (up to $3,000/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications:
VP of Tax, Tax Director, or equivalent at a large corporate with full ownership of the tax function
Significant experience in US corporate tax strategy, uncertain tax positions, and senior stakeholder reporting
Strong written communication and ability to evaluate complex tax analysis for technical accuracy and strategic relevance
