Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content evaluation procedures and ensure continuous improvement. Analyze emerging trends in social media and user-generated content to inform evaluation protocols. Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, content moderation, and digital safety practices. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal best practices and knowledge bases. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in content moderation, digital safety evaluation, or a related field.
