About this Role
Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as an AI Engineer and play a critical role in developing next-generation AI agents. You will leverage your expertise in various programming languages to train, refine, and deploy intelligent systems that push the boundaries of automation and machine learning. Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents for diverse applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions. Contribute to training datasets, algorithm selection, and model evaluation. Apply advanced programming skills in Python, PHP, GoLang, JAVA, .NET, C++, OR C# to build robust, scalable AI systems. Document technical processes and communicate findings through clear written and verbal reports. Continuously monitor AI agent performance to ensure reliability and accuracy. Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and recommend innovative approaches for the customer’s projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
+3 years in at least one of the following languages: Python, PHP, GoLang, JAVA, .NET, C++, or C#. Strong experience with developing and deploying AI or machine learning models. Proven ability to write clear documentation and effectively communicate complex concepts, both in writing and verbally. Demonstrated success in training AI systems using real-world datasets. Ability to collaborate remotely and work independently in a distributed team environment. Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and software engineering best practices. Attention to detail and a passion for building high-impact AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in AI agent development or reinforcement learning frameworks. Experience working on large-scale, distributed AI systems. Contributions to open-source AI or machine learning projects.
