Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as an AI Video Generation Specialist and immerse yourself at the forefront of AI-powered content creation. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage state-of-the-art video generation tools to produce, assess, and enhance AI-generated video content, collaborating closely across customer support and quality assurance functions to drive exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize leading AI video generation tools to create and refine video content. Evaluate the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI-generated videos, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks and document findings to optimize output. Collect, synthesize, and analyze user feedback to inform improvements and prioritize enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for workflow and tool development. Support customers by resolving video generation tool inquiries and addressing product-related concerns. Meticulously document issues, user feedback, and process improvements to shape best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of professional experience in video content, media, or related domains. Practical knowledge of AI video generation platforms such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, or Synthesia. Experience with customer support, quality assurance, or analyzing user feedback. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in evaluating and optimizing AI-generated outputs. Ability to thrive with emerging generative AI technologies and adapt to evolving workflows. Based in a U.S. time zone; native English speaker required.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with generative AI tools and workflows. Background in video production, digital content creation, or media. Hands-on experience reviewing or testing AI-generated media.
