Job Title: Biochemists and Biophysicists Job Type: Part-time Location: Remote Job Summary Join our customer's team as a Biochemists and Biophysicists and play a pivotal role in bridging advanced life sciences with cutting-edge artificial intelligence. In this dynamic position, you will leverage your expertise to train, refine, and evaluate AI models in biochemistry and biophysics, ensuring their relevance and accuracy for scientific applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement AI training workflows focused on biochemistry and biophysics. Curate, annotate, and validate large-scale datasets to enhance AI learning processes. Evaluate the performance of AI models, offering critical feedback and scientific insights for continuous improvement. Develop domain-specific scenarios and problem sets to effectively train and test AI systems. Document training methodologies and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay current with advances in AI and computational methods in biochemistry and biophysics. Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentor internal contributors on best practices in scientific AI model training. Required Skills and Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biochemistry, Biophysics, or a related discipline. Demonstrated expertise in molecular biology, structural biology, or physical biochemistry. Experience with data curation, annotation, and analysis in a scientific context. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and effective scientific reporting. Proficiency with computational tools and familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment. Collaborative mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with AI training, LLMs, or natural language processing in life sciences. Background in cross-disciplinary project management or scientific communication. Previous experience mentoring or teaching in an academic or industry setting.
