Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time Location: Remote Job Summary Join our customer's team as a Bioengineer and Biomedical Expert, where you will leverage your expertise to drive innovation at the intersection of biomedical engineering and artificial intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of medical technology by training AI systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary experts. If you are passionate about biobehavioral sciences, device safety, and impactful research, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Design and develop medical diagnostic tools, clinical instrumentation, and innovative procedures using engineering and biobehavioral science principles. Collaborate closely with life scientists, chemists, and medical researchers to advance the engineering of biological systems in humans and animals. Prepare detailed technical reports, data summaries, and scientific manuscripts for publication, regulatory submissions, and patent filings. Train and enhance AI models by providing subject-matter expertise in biomedical engineering and related domains. Interpret complex biomedical data sets and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-based healthcare solutions. Communicate findings clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats to diverse stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Proven experience evaluating biomedical equipment safety, efficiency, and effectiveness. Strong background in designing or developing medical diagnostic and clinical instruments. Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality technical reports and research publications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary scientific and engineering teams. Solid understanding of the principles of AI or a keen interest in AI-based medical innovation. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as an AI trainer or in developing datasets for machine learning in biomedical contexts. PhD or advanced degree in a relevant field. Prior contributions to regulatory or patent submissions in the biomedical sector.

Privacy. Micro1 projects often require you to install time-tracking software that takes screenshots of your desktop while you work to ensure you are actually working. If you are uncomfortable with monitoring software, this might not be for you.

What does the work actually look like?

It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.

How flexible is the schedule?
