Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Career & Technical Education Teacher, Postsecondary - AI Trainer, and play a pivotal role in preparing students for dynamic and in-demand careers. You will deliver specialized vocational training below the baccalaureate level, focusing on equipping adult learners with technical skills and AI-driven industry knowledge. Your expertise will guide students to become confident, capable professionals ready to excel in their chosen fields.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions using modern instructional tools, including visual aids and multimedia resources. Monitor, assess, and document students’ progress through written, oral, and performance-based evaluations. Provide individualized support, remedial instruction, and constructive feedback to foster student growth and competence. Supervise safe and effective use of tools, equipment, and technology in a remote learning environment. Integrate AI trends and best practices into curriculum design and instructional activities to enhance learners’ real-world readiness. Stimulate class discussions and collaborative problem-solving to boost technical understanding and application. Collaborate with educators and industry partners to align course content with evolving workforce needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Career & Technical Education or a related technical field. Proven experience teaching vocational or occupational courses at the postsecondary or adult education level. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for student success. Hands-on familiarity with tools, equipment, and instructional technologies relevant to technical fields such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, or cosmetology. Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI concepts and digital resources into teaching practice. Exceptional organizational, assessment, and classroom management skills in a virtual learning environment. Ability to provide supportive, individualized instruction tailored to diverse learner needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree or industry certification in a technical discipline or education. Experience with AI curriculum development or training delivery. Background in mentoring or coaching adult learners in vocational settings.
