Key Responsibilities Train, annotate, and validate AI models using your in-depth chiropractic knowledge. Review and provide feedback on clinical data sets, ensuring accuracy and relevance for training machine learning systems. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and medical professionals to bridge the gap between clinical practice and technology. Create and curate high-quality written content, such as chiropractic case studies and patient scenarios, to support data training objectives. Review AI-generated results for clinical appropriateness and suggest refinements for continuous improvement. Participate in design discussions to ensure the AI’s outputs are aligned with real-world chiropractic workflows. Stay updated on the latest advancements in chiropractic care and digital health technologies, bringing fresh insights to the team. Required Skills and Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree with active licensure and clinical experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to convey complex clinical concepts clearly. Deep understanding of chiropractic diagnostic, assessment, and care protocols. Experience working with medical records, case documentation, and patient data privacy standards. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to the accuracy of medical information in technology-driven environments. Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative setting. Demonstrated passion for advancing technology in healthcare and improving patient outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with AI training, medical annotation, or clinical informatics projects. What is the catch?

Privacy. Micro1 projects often require you to install time-tracking software that takes screenshots of your desktop while you work to ensure you are actually working. If you are uncomfortable with monitoring software, this might not be for you.

What does the work actually look like?

It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.

How flexible is the schedule?
