Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field. Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant experience teaching elementary-level students (except special education). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clarity and empathy. Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners in a virtual setting. Demonstrated organizational, time management, and classroom management abilities. Experience adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities. Proficiency with remote learning tools and educational technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
