Job Summary
Join our dynamic customer's team as an English Teacher Expert, where your passion for teaching and mastery of the English language will inspire learners globally. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to various proficiency levels. Utilize interactive teaching techniques and technology to enhance virtual learning experiences. Assess student progress through constructive feedback, assignments, and active participation. Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learner confidence and growth. Collaborate with the customer's team to develop curriculum resources and stay updated with best practices. Demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication, modeling clarity and professionalism for students. Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, up-to-date instruction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native-level fluency or advanced proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching English to diverse learners in a classroom or virtual setting. Proven ability to develop lesson plans and instructional materials that drive language acquisition. Strong digital literacy, with experience in using online teaching platforms and educational technology tools. Demonstrated commitment to student success, engagement, and inclusive education practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, multicultural team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or equivalent credentials. Experience in curriculum design or educational content development for online platforms. Multilingual capabilities or experience teaching English to speakers of other languages.
