Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Apply advanced finance analysis skills to evaluate and annotate various financial scenarios and data sets. Review, edit, and generate financial reports drawing on your real-world experience with financial documentation. Leverage Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create, validate, and enhance financial documentation and training data. Audit and validate financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for AI model development. Identify and recommend process improvements based on best practices in financial analysis and reporting. Collaborate remotely with the customer's team, providing clear written and verbal communication to share findings and insights. Work independently while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented outputs on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance-related positions, preferably in financial analysis or reporting roles. Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace: Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides. Proven ability to perform rigorous data validation and quality control. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for remote teamwork. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and analysis. Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous involvement in AI, data annotation, or technology-driven projects. Experience in process or workflow optimization within finance functions. Familiarity with financial data security and compliance standards.
