Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Gambling Managers, where your deep expertise in casino operations will help shape and train next-generation AI systems for gaming management. Leverage your real-world experience in casino management to ensure robust, ethical, and accurate AI-driven solutions for the gambling industry. This unique role bridges advanced technology with hands-on casino know-how, making you a key player in the evolution of gaming operations.
Key Responsibilities
Train and provide feedback to AI systems using your extensive knowledge of gambling operations, house rules, and casino management. Interpret and articulate real-world casino scenarios to enhance machine learning models' understanding of gaming protocols, customer interactions, and regulatory compliance. Review, annotate, and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, fairness, and adherence to casino best practices. Document and explain casino processes, such as payout procedures, betting limits, and game rules, to inform algorithm development. Help develop training materials and scenario-based datasets for AI systems specializing in gambling management. Collaborate with technical teams to identify areas where AI can be optimized or improved based on operational needs and customer feedback. Maintain a strong focus on responsible gaming and ethical AI use within the casino context.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Gambling Manager, Casino Manager, Shift Manager, Table Games Manager, or in similar roles (e.g., Casino Operations Manager, Pit Manager, Slot Manager). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and precision. In-depth understanding of casino operations, including house rules, money tracking, security protocols, and customer management. Ability to resolve customer complaints, identify cheating patterns, and explain complex gaming concepts. Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail in reporting and process explanation. Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities, such as preparing work schedules and managing staff attendance records. Adaptability and self-motivation to thrive in a fully remote and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AI, machine learning models, or data annotation tools in any capacity. Background in training, coaching, or mentoring within a casino environment. Knowledge of gaming compliance regulations and responsible gaming initiatives.
