We are seeking seasoned designers with a strong background in Krita and Libresprite who can deliver complete projects from concept to polished assets. Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from initial sketches and paintings through to finalized assets. Document and articulate your design process, including workflow decisions and creative problem-solving techniques. Organize, label, and manage assets for efficient handoff and future reference. Apply expert color correction, composition refinement, and asset preparation skills to deliver high-quality results. Collaborate with team members, providing constructive feedback and contributing to knowledge sharing. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to explain design choices and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience delivering professional design projects using Krita and Libresprite. Strong portfolio showcasing complete project cycles, from ideation to final output. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design decisions clearly. Proficiency in managing design layers, organizing assets, and refining visual compositions. Proven ability to solve design challenges and adapt workflows as needed. Keen attention to detail and a passion for teaching others through transparent process sharing.

Preferred Qualifications
