Job Title: Inbox Optimization Expert Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: Join our customer's team as an Inbox Optimization Expert, where you will contribute on how advanced AI systems interpret and manage email workflows. In this role you will analyze evaluate and improve inbox organizational strategies through AI models. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess Gmail inbox architectures, labeling systems, and categorization logic to determine optimization opportunities. Provide detailed, structured, and actionable feedback on email organization and user experience. Identify recurring patterns in communication workflows, supporting AI training to better understand, categorize, and prioritize content. Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality datasets and evaluation rubrics essential for AI development. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on AI system outputs and ensure intuitive digital workflows. Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the evaluation and feedback process. Support the training of advanced AI technologies focused on email and communication optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills, particularly in digital communication contexts. Familiarity with Gmail and best practices for email organization, including labels, filters, and folder structures. Proven ability to provide clear, structured, and concise written feedback on complex workflows. Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment. Comfortable collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team setting. Passion for technology and a keen interest in digital workflow optimization. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in AI data annotation, machine learning model training, or related fields. Familiarity with dataset development and evaluation metrics for AI systems.
