Job Summary
Join the micro1 team as a JavaScript Expert Evaluator, where your deep technical expertise will directly shape the future of AI-driven coding. This unique position places you at the forefront of AI training, using your mastery of JavaScript and algorithms to assess and elevate the next generation of intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead live, 1-hour technical interviews focused on advanced JavaScript algorithmic challenges. Evaluate participant performance with rigorous analysis of logic, code efficiency, and solution quality. Classify and tier interview sessions by complexity, leveraging expert knowledge of data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming. Author detailed written analyses (“trajectories”) that document strategies, strengths, and common pitfalls in problem-solving. Collaborate closely with the AI training team, providing insightful, actionable feedback to enhance model accuracy. Uphold outstanding standards for both written and verbal communication to ensure clarity and depth in technical feedback. Follow defined evaluation frameworks and meet project deadlines with consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated mastery of JavaScript in demanding, production-level software engineering roles. Expertise in solving and articulating solutions for LeetCode Hard-level algorithmic problems. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline. At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on JavaScript. Exceptional fluency in English, with a proven track record of clear written and verbal communication. Ability to dissect and explain algorithmic trade-offs and complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing or conducting technical interviews or coding evaluations. Background in AI model testing or research-oriented environments. Contributions to open-source JavaScript projects or respected technical communities.
