Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities Review, edit, and translate content to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy in Latvian. Collaborate with AI developers and linguists to train language models on Latvian linguistic patterns. Evaluate AI-generated output for context, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness. Provide insights on Latvian language nuances, idiomatic expressions, and evolving trends. Craft written materials and guidelines to improve AI's understanding and usage of Latvian. Contribute detailed feedback to enhance AI communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Work in a dynamic, remote environment with a global, interdisciplinary team dedicated to linguistic excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in Latvian, with strong command of grammar, syntax, and style. Proven experience in linguistic analysis, translation, or editing roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to assess content for cultural sensitivity and relevance in Latvian contexts. Familiarity with modern language technology or AI-driven tools is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a remote setting. Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative customer team. Preferred Qualifications Experience training AI or language models in a professional setting. Background in computational linguistics, applied linguistics, or related field.
