Job Summary: Join our Client's team as a Motorola Razr User Tester where you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities
• Test and evaluate intelligent mobile workflows and app interactions using your own Motorola Razr device • Execute a variety of real-world scenarios on the Motorola Razr, ensuring accurate data collection. • Identify, document, and communicate software bugs, user experience issues, and unexpected agent behaviors. • Collaborate closely with the customer's team and provide clear, actionable written and verbal feedback. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail during repeated test cycles and exploratory tasks. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems by providing high-quality, annotated feedback. • Uphold confidentiality and data security standards throughout the evaluation process.

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort troubleshooting mobile device issues. • Demonstrated experience using mobile applications and navigating complex app environments. • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to quality assurance tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing thorough, constructive feedback. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. • Proven ability to follow detailed instructions while identifying edge cases and process improvements.
