About this Role
Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Norwegian Language & AI Voice Evaluator, working at the forefront of conversational AI technology. We are seeking native Norwegian speakers to provide crucial evaluations of AI voice interactions, helping to refine and perfect the user experience for native Norwegian users. This short-term opportunity is an ideal way to make a meaningful impact on emerging AI products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end interview-based dialogues in Norwegian to assess conversational flow and coherence. Evaluate the naturalness, pronunciation, and clarity of AI-generated voice responses. Analyze the pacing, delivery, and accent for authenticity and native correctness. Assess functional aspects such as the accuracy and timing of on-screen subtitles. Provide detailed, objective reports on both system-level conversational issues and voice/audio quality. Complete a structured evaluation form capturing fluency, user experience, and overall system performance. Offer actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement in AI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native or C2-level fluency in Norwegian, with impeccable command of language nuances. Exceptional active listening and vocal analysis capabilities. Strong objective feedback skills, coupled with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate insights clearly. Comfortable conducting interviews and providing critical voice analysis remotely. Technological proficiency to carry out online evaluation tasks independently. Strong sense of responsibility when representing native user perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in linguistic analysis, speech evaluation, or quality assurance. Background in working with AI technologies or voice assistant products. Demonstrated passion for language, user experience, or digital innovation.
