About this Role
Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Physics Teacher at the postsecondary level, contributing your expertise to both AI training and traditional instruction. In this unique role, you will shape the next generation of physics understanding while enhancing the capabilities of AI systems designed for educational purposes. Key Responsibilities
Train and evaluate AI models by grading responses and providing detailed feedback on output accuracy and educational relevance. Teach physical science or mathematics courses at the college level, designing engaging curricula and instructional materials. Develop, administer, and prepare tests to assess student progress and AI model performance. Advise students on academic and career pathways while supervising research or internship activities. Guide interactive class discussions, supervise laboratory work, and maintain meticulous student records. Stay current with developments in physics and continually assess the effectiveness of educational programs and AI outputs. Contribute to the academic community by writing articles, compiling bibliographies, and participating in committee work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Physics or a closely related field. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, with experience in online or remote teaching environments. Experience developing instructional materials, preparing and administering assessments, and evaluating student or AI performance. Capacity to supervise laboratory sessions and student research, maintaining a safe and effective learning environment. Strong organizational skills for record-keeping, planning, and coordinating educational activities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within remote teams. Commitment to staying informed on the latest advancements in physics and educational technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in AI, machine learning, or educational technology. Prior experience in training or evaluating AI models for educational applications. Published research, grant writing, or curriculum development experience.
