Join our customer's team as a Risk Intelligence Analyst, where your expertise will shape the future of AI-driven risk assessment. In this expert-level remote role, you will design, evaluate, and refine rubrics for AI models, focusing on analyzing global threats and their operational impact. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop structured reasoning rubrics to assess AI model outputs related to risk intelligence and crisis management. Evaluate data sets and scenarios to identify potential threats and assess their impact on worldwide operations. Create expert-level tasks and benchmarks for AI training, aligned with best practices in risk assessment and incident response. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure rubrics align with enterprise workflows—including HR, security, and communications protocols. Provide high-quality written and verbal feedback to improve AI model performance and rubric clarity. Analyze crisis management scenarios and advise on multi-stage response planning for operational continuity. Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI training materials and rubric development standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or enterprise business continuity planning (BCP). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex reasoning clearly. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment under uncertainty and plan effective multi-stage responses. Strong familiarity with organizational workflows across HR, security, and communications functions. Expertise in developing, writing, and evaluating structured rubrics and assessment frameworks. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience interpreting data-driven insights. Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience developing AI training datasets or evaluation rubrics. Prior involvement in global threat assessment for large-scale organizations. Advanced understanding of enterprise risk and emergency management protocols.
