Job Title: Russian Language Expert Job Type: Contract, Full-time or Part-time Location: Remote Job Summary: micro1 is searching for a talented Russian Language Specialist to join our customer's team and help advance cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. In this pivotal remote role, you’ll leverage your linguistic expertise and creativity to shape the next generation of intelligent tools, all while collaborating in a dynamic, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Craft high-quality, contextually appropriate responses to AI prompts, encompassing a broad spectrum from factual queries to creative jokes. Assess, annotate, and evaluate human and AI-generated text for accuracy, style, safety, and overall effectiveness. Conduct thorough peer reviews of content produced by fellow contributors, sharing constructive feedback. Invent original puzzles and scenarios—including social deduction games—to challenge and refine AI capabilities. Analyze and articulate how humor varies across contexts and cultures, enhancing AI’s cultural awareness. Design thought experiments that explore and clarify ethical principles relevant to AI use cases. Engage in text labeling tasks to train and improve AI models. Required Skills and Qualifications: Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, with exceptional writing and comprehension skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style, tone, and genre to suit various contexts and audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail. Passion for experimentation and creativity in written language. Successful completion of a Russian writing assessment (to be provided). Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or editing is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with AI training, language data annotation, or development projects. Background in text labeling and content review workflows. Demonstrated success as a remote contributor in global teams.
