This full-time, remote position is ideal for creative professionals passionate about evaluating, editing, and enhancing visual media to drive engagement and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and rate user-generated content to ensure alignment with brand standards and guidelines. • Collaborate with QA engineers to test and guarantee content quality and platform functionality. • Edit and retouch photos and videos, enhancing visual storytelling for maximum impact. • Partner with video editors and photographers to create compelling, on-brand multimedia assets. • Generate insightful reports on content trends, user engagement, and quality metrics. • Provide detailed feedback on UGC submissions to foster a community of high-caliber creators. • Stay updated on emerging trends in visual content, social media, and creative best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in UGC quality assurance, photo/video editing, content evaluation, or related roles. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for clear collaboration and feedback. • Mastery of industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing platforms, or content rating software. • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail and visual aesthetics. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovative content. • Professional portfolio showcasing relevant UGC, editing, or evaluation work. What does the work actually look like?
