Join our customer's team as a Video Editing Expert to help shape how the next generation of AI learns professional editing workflows. You’ll work end-to-end on real projects using OpenShot or Shotcut, sharing your authentic editing process, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive video editing projects—from raw footage organization to polished final export—using OpenShot or Shotcut. Showcase your real workflow, including asset management, sequencing, pacing, and creative problem resolution, while being recorded for AI training purposes. Collaborate with the team to capture your editing rationale and articulate your decisions clearly in both written and verbal formats. Continuously optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency and high production value at every stage. Troubleshoot technical or creative challenges as they arise, proactively documenting your approach. Participate in feedback sessions, helping refine guidelines for video editing best practices. Contribute to an environment dedicated to knowledge sharing and process transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced expertise in OpenShot or Shotcut, with proven experience completing full projects from start to finish—this is absolutely essential. Strong portfolio of video editing work demonstrating your ability to transform raw footage into compelling stories. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on explaining your choices and workflow. Ability to organize, manage, and optimize large sets of digital assets and timelines. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Comfort working independently in a remote, distributed environment. Passion for education, collaboration, and advancing AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
