Join our customer's team as a Video Evaluator (AI Content) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-generated video. In this expert-level, fully remote position, you will leverage your keen eye for detail and passion for quality to review, assess, and ensure the excellence of cutting-edge video content produced by advanced AI systems. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate AI-generated video content for coherence, motion, visual realism, and narrative consistency. Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to identify issues and maintain the highest content standards. Review and categorize content, providing clear, constructive feedback to improve AI video generation models. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and content teams to align quality benchmarks and evaluation criteria. Compile detailed reports and insights using tools such as Google Sheets and Notion to document findings and recommendations. Stay current with the latest trends and capabilities of AI video platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika) to inform evaluation protocols. Interpret user feedback and data to enhance both content quality and user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years’ experience in video evaluation, quality assurance, or content review, ideally in user-facing environments. Strong foundation in visual media analysis and an unwavering attention to detail. Proven expertise in assessing the quality of AI-generated or digitally produced videos. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate insights clearly and professionally. Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools like Google Sheets and Notion. Native English language proficiency required. Bachelor’s degree minimum in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AI video platforms such as Runway or Pika. Background in QA Analyst, Video Editor, or Content Reviewer roles within tech or media sectors. Demonstrated ability to interpret user feedback to drive continuous content improvement.
