Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with management, users, and developers to design and integrate e-commerce solutions into web properties. Drive the full scope of web development projects by working hand-in-hand with front-end and back-end developers. Conduct user research to identify design requirements and use feedback to refine and elevate digital interfaces. Communicate proactively with network personnel and hosting agencies to resolve any technical issues influencing website performance. Confer with management and development teams to prioritize project needs, resolve design conflicts, and determine optimal content strategies. Utilize a diverse technical toolkit, integrating advanced technologies and frameworks to create responsive, high-performing interfaces. Contribute to the training and development of AI systems by sharing insights and iterating on interface design strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Airtable, Amazon EC2, Blackboard software, and strong Transact-SQL skills. Expertise with Apache Kafka, Maven, Spark, and UNIX Shell scripting. Advanced programming knowledge with Oracle Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Scala, Swift, and jQuery. Experience developing for both Apple iOS and Google Android platforms, as well as Microsoft Windows Server. Comprehensive understanding of Bootstrap, React, Spring Framework, and Vue.js for modern web application development. Ability to develop and optimize algorithms for scalable and efficient digital solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating in cross-functional, remote teams within a dynamic technology environment. Background in leveraging AI tools or participating in digital product training for machine learning systems. Portfolio demonstrating successful web or digital interface projects with measurable user engagement improvements.
