Job Summary: As a Web and Digital Interface Designers, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and critique user interfaces, providing actionable feedback for usability, accessibility, and visual design improvements. Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using leading industry tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and articulate web design best practices and high-impact UI/UX concepts. Assess the effectiveness of responsive design solutions across multiple device types and browsers. Review and ensure compliance with modern web accessibility standards (WCAG). Contribute to the development and documentation of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, explaining design decisions and feedback to diverse audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web and digital interface design. Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio of UI/UX projects. Deep understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. Proficiency with prototyping and user flows to validate design decisions. Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS for effective design-to-development handoff. Strong grasp of accessibility standards and guidelines, particularly WCAG. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and maintaining robust design systems for large-scale applications. Familiarity with web development practices and the intersection of design/engineering workflows. Background in mentoring or providing feedback to other designers.

What is the catch?
Privacy. Micro1 projects often require you to install time-tracking software that takes screenshots of your desktop while you work to ensure you are actually working. If you are uncomfortable with monitoring software, this might not be for you.
What does the work actually look like?
It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.
How flexible is the schedule?
Extremely. This is true "log in and work" flexibility. You can usually work for 20 minutes or 4 hours depending on your availability. There are rarely minimum hour requirements, making it ideal for side income.
Is there an interview?
Usually, no. Hiring for these roles is almost entirely based on passing an automated assessment or "qualification" task. If you pass the test, you get access to the work.
What is the interview like?
