Role Overview
As a Frontend TypeScript Developer, you will solve complex coding challenges to create "Golden Data" for training advanced code-generation models. You will likely engage in "red-teaming" (adversarial testing) to find logic gaps in AI code, write unit tests for generated snippets, and provide expert-level refactoring. This is pure technical work—no meetings, just deep-dive problem solving in languages like Python and C++.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Expertise in TypeScript, including static typing, generics, interfaces, and utility types.
- 3-5 years of experience with modern frontend or full-stack frameworks (e.g React, Angular, Node.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data annotation or model evaluation systems.

How do I get started?
Review the hiring process above and follow the steps outlined. Each platform has different requirements, so make sure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
Is this work legitimate?
Yes. All platforms listed on aitrainer.work are legitimate and pay reliably. However, always verify payment methods and read reviews before committing significant time.
What does the work actually look like?
It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.
How flexible is the schedule?
Extremely. This is true "log in and work" flexibility. You can usually work for 20 minutes or 4 hours depending on your availability. There are rarely minimum hour requirements, making it ideal for side income.
Is there an interview?
Usually, no. Hiring for these roles is almost entirely based on passing an automated assessment or "qualification" task. If you pass the test, you get access to the work.
What is the barrier to entry?
Alignerr is known for difficult technical assessments. You must pass a timed test in your specific domain (e.g., Python, Physics, or Language) before you are eligible for any paid projects.
