What to Expect

Medical and clinical evaluation tasks require licensed clinician expertise—this is the most responsibility-intensive category on the platform. You'll review AI-generated clinical reasoning, diagnostic approaches, treatment plans, and drug dosing recommendations, assessing each for alignment with current evidence-based medicine and patient safety standards. Tasks often present a case vignette: a patient presentation, labs, and imaging, followed by an AI-generated assessment. Your job is to evaluate whether the AI's reasoning is clinically sound, whether it misses critical diagnoses, and whether the management plan follows current guidelines (UpToDate, NICE, clinical practice guidelines). Physicians, hospitalists, emergency medicine providers, and subspecialty MDs are in highest demand. Compensation is premium and reflects the level of clinical training required.
