Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in go-to-market work. As a Sales & Marketing Expert, you'll design realistic, end-to-end GTM workflows that today's best models still struggle with, then grade how agents handle them. Expect to build scenarios across sales motions (account research, ICP targeting, outreach, discovery prep, demo scripting, proposals, SOWs, redlines, QBRs, renewals, forecast calls), marketing (campaign builds, ad copy, SEO content, case studies, positioning, battlecards, launch plans, nurture sequences, webinars, social copy), and revenue operations (CRM hygiene, lead routing, scoring, pipeline analytics, win/loss, territory planning, commission calcs, attribution). These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.

Expect to build scenarios across sales motions (account research, ICP targeting, outreach, discovery prep, demo scripting, proposals, SOWs, redlines, QBRs, renewals, forecast calls), marketing (campaign builds, ad copy, SEO content, case studies, positioning, battlecards, launch plans, nurture sequences, webinars, social copy), and revenue operations (CRM hygiene, lead routing, scoring, pipeline analytics, win/loss, territory planning, commission calcs, attribution). These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus. Who we're looking for 3+ years in B2B sales (AE, sales leadership), growth or lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or RevOps / SalesOps at a SaaS company, agency, or equivalent Working fluency in at least two of: outbound strategy and sequencing, campaign planning, marketing ops and attribution, pricing and packaging, sales operations, lifecycle and CRM, SEO and content Comfortable reading and producing GTM artifacts: pipeline reviews, campaign briefs, attribution models, sales playbooks Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and decisions step by step Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks Compensation $60–$105/hr depending on domain depth and prior experience. Strong contributors are promoted based on task quality and throughput.   • 3+ years in B2B sales (AE, sales leadership), growth or lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or RevOps / SalesOps at a SaaS company, agency, or equivalent
