Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as an Acupuncturist - AI trainer and play a key role at the intersection of traditional medicine and next-generation technology. You will utilize your deep expertise in acupuncture to help train and develop AI systems, ensuring accuracy and sensitivity in clinical and patient communication scenarios. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and refine AI-generated content specific to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Provide detailed feedback to improve both clinical accuracy and empathetic communication within AI models. Collaborate with AI engineers and content teams to develop authentic and contextually appropriate training datasets. Review and validate clinical terminology, protocols, and patient interactions for use in healthcare AI systems. Develop documentation and guidelines that enhance the model’s understanding of acupuncture practices and standards. Participate in remote workshops and brainstorming sessions to align AI training with real-world clinical scenarios. Champion a patient-centric approach in all AI learning materials and conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Licensed acupuncturist with a strong background in TCM and integrative healthcare. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for clarity, empathy, and nuance. Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical concepts into accessible language. Comfortable working in a tech-enabled and remote collaborative environment. Experience in creating or evaluating clinical documentation or educational materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in healthcare information. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AI or digital health technologies. Background in clinical training, patient education, or healthcare content development. Multilingual abilities or experience communicating with diverse patient populations.
