Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Sales / CRM Operations Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes and enabling data-driven decision making. You will serve as the Salesforce expert, empowering teams to maximize CRM utilization, streamline sales workflows, and deliver exceptional operational support. Your communication skills and operational expertise will help drive the team’s success in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, customize, and optimize Salesforce to support evolving sales strategies and business needs. Develop, document, and enhance sales operations processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team. Generate actionable reports, dashboards, and insights to inform critical business decisions and sales strategies. Serve as the go-to expert for CRM-related inquiries, providing training and support to end users and stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure data integrity, alignment, and operational excellence. Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics for continuous improvement opportunities. Lead or participate in special projects to support the scaling and optimization of customer operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, CRM management, or a related field. Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and optimization. Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex processes into clear documentation and training. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator. Experience with additional CRM or sales enablement tools. Background in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
