As a driving force behind operational efficiency and project delivery, you will ensure high-quality support for AI initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within a remote, technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily AI training operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, and alignment with project objectives. Design, implement, and refine workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data labeling, validation, and delivery processes. Monitor key performance metrics, swiftly identify operational bottlenecks, and lead targeted process improvements to enhance productivity and data accuracy. Coordinate and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams—including project managers, data scientists, and annotators—to drive project success. Manage resource allocation, project scheduling, and rigorous quality control for multiple simultaneous AI training projects. Deliver detailed progress and performance reports to leadership, offering strategic recommendations for operational enhancements. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while upholding data security, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or general management, ideally within data-driven or AI training settings. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity, professionalism, and effective team collaboration.
