In this role, you will play a pivotal part in training cutting-edge AI models while overseeing administrative workflows, fostering team excellence, and ensuring high levels of operational accuracy—all from a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide office and administrative support staff, ensuring optimal team performance and a collaborative work culture. Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to maintain seamless administrative operations and meet project deadlines. Monitor process compliance and accuracy, proactively identifying improvement areas within existing procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally, acting as the key liaison between the team and project stakeholders. Resolve issues efficiently, providing solutions and escalating concerns as appropriate to maintain workflow momentum. Provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and training to team members to elevate individual and team skills. Contribute your administrative expertise to train and refine AI models as part of an impactful technology initiative. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience supervising office and administrative support teams. Exceptional people management and team leadership skills, with a focus on motivation and performance development. Expertise in workflow coordination, task management, and process oversight within administrative environments. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, able to manage issues proactively and diplomatically. Demonstrated accuracy and diligence in administrative processes and documentation. Comfort working in fully remote, technology-driven environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience contributing to AI, technology projects, or digital transformations within administrative functions. Background in training, coaching, or developing team members for process improvement. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and workflow management software.
