Key Responsibilities
Interpret and extract structured information from documents, workflows, and communications, summarizing essential business details. Develop clear, effective queries, prompts, and task instructions to help train AI systems in replicating common office activities. Simulate a variety of realistic office workflows, including task updates, meeting notes, emails, reports, and status tracking, to bolster AI understanding and task automation. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clarity, accuracy, business tone, and adherence to professional standards; provide corrections and enhanced examples as necessary. Utilize your knowledge of administrative and operational processes to model professional decision-making and communication styles. Collaborate with technical teams to offer feedback rooted in practical office scenarios and workplace tools. Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and confidentiality during all training and evaluation activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in roles such as administrative support, operations, office management, project coordination, HR, customer service, finance, or marketing support. Deep familiarity with everyday office tools (e.g., email platforms, project trackers, CRMs, ticketing systems, scheduling software, documentation tools). Proficiency in computer-based tasks, document handling, and workflow management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Keen attention to detail and ability to precisely interpret and summarize information. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to producing high-quality, reliable work. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setting with a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
