Key Responsibilities
Assess the quality, naturalness, and clarity of AI-generated speech across various scenarios. Provide detailed and objective feedback to improve AI voice and language performance. Evaluate user experience by simulating real-world conversations with AI systems. Document findings with precision, highlighting both strengths and improvement areas. Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to communicate key insights. Apply industry best practices in language evaluation to deliver high-quality results. Support the training and refinement of AI models based on your expert assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Expertise in active listening and vocal analysis, especially in AI and language evaluations. Strong, objective reporting skills for clear and actionable feedback. Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to articulate nuanced observations. Previous experience evaluating language technology or AI voice products.
