Join our customer's team as an Operations Generalist, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and supporting innovative AI-driven video platforms. You will leverage your expertise in AI model training, web platform management, and customer support to drive operational effectiveness and superior user experiences. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain web platforms, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime. Support AI video generator model training initiatives through data coordination and process oversight. Deliver responsive customer support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues with clarity and empathy. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generating actionable insights to enhance operational performance. Document processes and workflows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of knowledge transfer. Source and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives. Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally working with video-related platforms or tools. Hands-on experience with AI model training and familiarity with AI video generator technologies. Proven ability to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize web-based platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer-centric interactions. Demonstrated analytical skills for reviewing performance metrics and sourcing actionable insights. Experience in process documentation and workflow optimization. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills when navigating evolving operational challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience providing QA or customer support in tech-driven environments. Native English speaker, ideally based in Pacific Time (PT) or other US timezones. Familiarity with end-to-end user feedback collection and analysis methodologies.
