Private Equity Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level insights into private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. Review and analyze case studies, investment memos, and financial models to enhance AI-driven understanding of private equity workflows. Develop and refine scenario-based content that reflects real-world private equity challenges and decision-making. Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial awareness, and industry relevance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define best practices and standards for interpreting complex financial documents. Identify gaps in AI understanding and propose solutions based on up-to-date industry knowledge. Contribute private equity knowledge to support robust AI training datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields. Deep knowledge of deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and exit strategies. Exceptional analytical skills and an ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail. Demonstrated track record of thought leadership or expertise within the private equity sector. Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment. Keen attention to accuracy and a passion for maintaining high standards.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, CFA, or similar advanced degree or certification. Experience mentoring or training junior professionals in private equity or finance. Prior exposure to technology-driven solutions in the financial sector.
