About this Role
Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Project / Gen Ops Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving critical projects and operational excellence. Leverage your expertise to streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure project milestones are met with precision in a dynamic, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multiple projects using Asana, Monday, and Basecamp to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration through clear, concise written and verbal communication. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule. Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize team productivity and workflow. Create comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and process guides tailored to various stakeholders. Support onboarding and training of team members on project management tools and best practices. Continuously assess and refine operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management and general operations roles. Advanced proficiency with Asana, Monday, and Basecamp. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and documentation. Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable with autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level projects. Background in technology-driven organizations or startups. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, or similar).
