This role offers the opportunity to work across both technical and operational workflows, making a direct impact on product stability and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive product support and triage technical issues for advanced AI platforms Design, execute, and document QA test cases to ensure high-quality releases Source, monitor, and analyze user feedback from platforms such as x.com and reddit.com, sharing actionable insights with the team Participate in general operations workflows to facilitate smooth product delivery Contribute to technical build projects, coding independently with TypeScript Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs and improve features Stay current with AI video generator trends and integrate user feedback into QA processes Required Skills and Qualifications Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, with proven ability to code independently (hard requirement) Portfolio of self-built projects (mandatory; applications without this will not be considered) Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience Experience supporting, testing, or building AI video generator technologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Comfortable with customer support, QA, and operational workflows Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technical environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with community engagement or user-facing forums Understanding of best practices in AI platform support and quality assurance Familiarity with agile development and issue tracking tools
