About this Role

Job Title: Video Editor Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: Join our customer's team as a Video Editor and play a key role in shaping the next generation of digital media for AI training and robotics. You’ll leverage your expertise in video, audio, and animation to create impactful educational content and contribute to the development of intelligent systems. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with experts across industries while working fully remotely. Key Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and refine animations and visual effects outputs to support the training of AI models in storytelling, robotics, and educational content. Organize, label, and maintain structured project files and media assets to enable efficient dataset creation, annotation workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. Assess AI-generated content, implement stakeholder feedback, and ensure outputs align with quality standards, factual accuracy, and project objectives. Develop rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and curated media datasets to train and benchmark AI systems working with video, animation, and instructional content. Contribute domain expertise to improve model performance by identifying weaknesses, edge cases, and opportunities for better visual and narrative generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment, providing clear written and verbal feedback to support iterative AI model development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in video editing and post-production, including audio editing and visual storytelling. Experience with animation and visual effects for digital or educational content. Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to follow and implement constructive feedback. Bachelor’s degree (any field) is mandatory, with significant experience in video or visual media production. Experience working effectively in remote, collaborative environments. Preferred Qualifications: Background in robotics media, AI training data, or educational content creation. Knowledge of video engineering or experience developing media standards and rubrics. Demonstrated awareness of advancements in AI, video, and digital storytelling technologies.

What does the work actually look like?

How flexible is the schedule?
