This role involves answering both general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries. Requirements
- Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Prior experience with omnichannel chat support
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
- Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions
- Experience working with SMB clients preferred. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via omni chat platforms
- Handle accounting-related questions requiring deep financial expertise
- Support SMB business owners with bookkeeping and financial guidance
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate responses
- Complete assigned PPT-based tasks as needed Nice to Have
- SMB business owners with hands-on accounting experience
- Previously engaged experts with relevant domain expertise
