About Vetto
Vetto is a global platform that connects top-tier professionals to strategic Artificial Intelligence projects around the world. Our mission is to build trust, quality, and long-term value within the AI ecosystem, for both exceptional talent and companies operating at the forefront of technology.
About the project
We’re recruiting finance experts with strong experience in company analysis, valuation, and corporate finance to help improve how AI systems analyze businesses. In this project, you will build structured materials that identify a relevant set of comparable companies for a given target business, along with the reasoning behind each selection. The goal is not only to choose peers, but also to explain clearly why those companies are the most appropriate comparables based on factors such as business model, industry dynamics, size, geography, growth profile, margins, and strategic positioning. You will review company characteristics, assess comparability, and articulate the financial and strategic logic that supports a strong peer group selection. This work is designed to help train AI models on how finance professionals think through comparables analysis in real-world valuation workflows. Your role is not to execute live transactions or produce traditional client-facing investment materials. Instead, you will apply your finance expertise to help train AI systems to make more rigorous and well-justified decisions in company analysis and valuation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What credentials do I actually need?
It depends on the project. Legal roles require verifiable bar admission or equivalent; finance roles look for CFA, CPA, or senior-level professional experience; healthcare roles require clinical licensure. Software and tech projects are more flexible, but expect to demonstrate real professional experience. The selection assessment is the real gate: if you pass it, a formal credential is usually secondary.
How does per-task pay compare to a real hourly rate?
Each opportunity lists a task price and an estimated completion time, which works out to roughly USD 30–100/hr equivalent. That estimate is based on an average worker. If you work faster, your effective rate goes up; if a task takes longer than estimated (because the content is complex), your rate drops. Track your actual time on your first few tasks before committing to a full project.
What is the selection assessment like?
Each opportunity has its own assessment designed to mirror the actual work. Expect domain-specific tasks: legal reasoning for law roles, financial analysis for finance, code review for engineering. There is no published pass rate. A failed assessment on one project does not block you from applying to others, so if you are rejected, browse the other open opportunities and try where your strongest credentials lie.
What does the work actually look like?
It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.
How flexible is the schedule?
Extremely. This is true "log in and work" flexibility. You can usually work for 20 minutes or 4 hours depending on your availability. There are rarely minimum hour requirements, making it ideal for side income.
Is there an interview?
Usually, no. Hiring for these roles is almost entirely based on passing an automated assessment or "qualification" task. If you pass the test, you get access to the work.
