The role involves continuously monitoring an internal platform for newly uploaded files, downloading attachments, and organizing them within a shared cloud storage environment. This is a process-driven role requiring strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established procedures. Monitor a designated internal system for newly uploaded attachments throughout the day. Download and organise files into the appropriate folders within a shared Dropbox environment. Verify that files have been transferred correctly and are accessible to relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate file organisation and naming conventions. Escalate missing files, upload issues, or process exceptions when necessary. Follow documented workflows and operational procedures with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Comfortable working with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive. Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks accurately and consistently. Reliable internet connection and availability for extended daily coverage. Strong written communication skills.
