The role involves continuously monitoring an internal platform for newly uploaded files, downloading attachments, and organizing them within a shared cloud storage environment. This is a process-driven role requiring strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Monitor a designated internal system for newly uploaded attachments throughout the day.
- Download and organise files into the appropriate folders within a shared Dropbox environment.
- Verify that files have been transferred correctly and are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate file organisation and naming conventions.
- Escalate missing files, upload issues, or process exceptions when necessary.
- Follow documented workflows and operational procedures with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
- Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks accurately and consistently.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for extended daily coverage.
