- Coordinate projects end to end by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of required activities for Finance stakeholders and their customers.
- Structure, lead, and execute complex finance projects and programs, collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally.
- Own, define, and maintain appropriate project documentation to ensure transparency, clarity of objectives, and consistent alignment of project deliverables.
- Proactively manage risk by anticipating potential issues and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to meet timelines, budget, and objectives; work proactively with the business to resolve critical issues.
- Ensure underlying processes are fit for purpose by identifying changes needed to support project objectives and leading process mapping, documentation, and update requirements.
- Identify change impact, incorporate readiness and adoption requirements, communications, and plans within project plans; oversee change deliverables and, where larger change impact exists, collaborate closely with designated Change SMEs on best practices and execution of deliverables.
- Maintain effective communication channels, status updates, and communication plans.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- PMP, PMI, PMI-CPM, AI Program Management, PROSCI, or similar qualifications.
- Understanding of Finance business functions and ability to support the execution strategies of assigned Finance functions.

What does the work actually look like?

How flexible is the schedule?
