About this Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Thai Language Expert to join our customer's team, contributing to the development and refinement of cutting-edge AI language models. This fully remote, contract-based position offers flexibility and the opportunity to engage in innovative Generative AI projects, focusing on bilingual content in English and Thai.
Key Responsibilities
Annotate and review Thai and English text data, ensuring precise labeling and linguistic consistency. Validate and enhance the grammatical, semantic, and cultural accuracy of AI-generated content. Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to refine AI training datasets according to structured quality guidelines. Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on AI model outputs, supporting continuous improvement. Conduct linguistic validation and cultural relevance checks for content across diverse topics. Document insights and recommendations to drive higher quality in language data and AI outputs. Meet clearly defined deliverables within flexible working hours, balancing efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in both Thai and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in data annotation, text review, or linguistic validation tasks. Solid foundation in linguistics, applied language studies, or a related field. Meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for grammatical accuracy and cultural nuance. Adaptability in working with evolving quality standards and structured deliverables. Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects. Ability to work autonomously in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting AI/ML or NLP projects, especially in a bilingual capacity. Familiarity with annotation tools and linguistic data management platforms. Advanced degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
