We're looking for experienced Mental Health Practitioners in Toronto to evaluate and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it reflects the real pathways, licensing realities, and professional nuances of working in mental health. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep professional expertise, strong written communication, and a genuine interest in meaningful work.

Who You Are
- Experienced as a Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counsellor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related regulated professional in Canada
- Strong understanding of Canadian mental health career paths, Ontario registration requirements, and clinical practice realities
- Familiarity with regulated health profession frameworks in Ontario (e.g., CRPO, CPO, OCSWSSW) is a significant asset
- Experience mentoring, supervising, or advising other professionals is highly valued
- Excellent written communication skills in English — you can translate deep professional knowledge into practical, actionable guidance
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Active professional registration or licence in Ontario or another Canadian province
- Clinical supervision, training, or field education experience
- Specialized certifications or areas of clinical practice
- Awareness of the Canadian mental health workforce landscape and cross-provincial registration differences
