We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sales leadership professionals who can help train their latest language model on sales management and coaching tasks.
We're looking for senior sales supervisors and inside sales managers with a track record of leading high-performing teams, managing pipelines, and driving revenue through structured coaching and process. You know how to diagnose underperformance, build call scripts that convert, and translate quota attainment data into actionable team direction.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core sales management workflows: team coaching frameworks, pipeline reviews, performance improvement plans, sales scripts, and forecasting commentary.
Compensation: $75/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1,500/week)
Location: Fully remote — work on your own schedule
Qualifications:
Senior experience managing inside sales teams or supervising SDR/AE functions
Proven track record of quota attainment and team development at a B2B company
Strong written communication for evaluating and refining AI-generated sales content

When and how do I get paid?
Payment is processed within 30 days of submitting your invoice after a project closes. This net-30 schedule is standard for enterprise expert networks but slower than weekly-paying AI platforms. Plan your cash flow accordingly — this is not a 'get paid Friday' setup.
What does the work actually look like?
It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.
How flexible is the schedule?
