We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced US tax professionals who can help train their latest language model on corporate tax preparation and compliance tasks.
We're looking for CPAs and chartered accountants who have led or managed a tax department at a large corporate and have deep hands-on experience with US tax compliance. You understand the difference between a technically correct filing and one that is optimised, you know where the common errors and risks sit in corporate tax preparation, and you can evaluate AI-generated tax work with the eye of someone who has signed off on real filings.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core corporate tax workflows: preparation and review of US tax forms including 1099s and corporate returns, tax provision analysis, compliance documentation, tax risk identification, and technical tax memo writing.
Compensation: $150/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5 to 20 hours per week (up to $3k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: March
Qualifications:
CPA or equivalent US chartered accountant with experience leading or managing a corporate tax department
Significant hands-on experience with US corporate tax compliance and filing processes
Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail

Is this traditional consulting?
Not exactly. You act as a "Teacher" for advanced AI. Instead of client deliverables, you are given complex scenarios to evaluate. You grade the AI's logic, correct its hallucinations, and provide expert-level reasoning. Your job is to train the model to think like you do.
