Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver effective training modules focused on After Effects and AI-powered animation techniques. Guide team members in leveraging Adobe After Effects to optimize creative workflows using AI tools and features. Develop comprehensive learning resources such as tutorials, documentation, and best-practice guides. Stay current with the latest trends in motion design and AI, integrating new techniques into training sessions. Assess learners’ progress, provide actionable feedback, and tailor training to meet varying skill levels. Foster a collaborative virtual classroom environment that encourages experimentation and innovation. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly through both written and verbal channels. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in Adobe After Effects, including advanced animation and compositing skills. Strong experience incorporating AI tools or plugins within motion design workflows. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a passion for clear instruction and documentation. Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, or coach creative professionals in a remote setting. Solid understanding of digital media production pipelines and creative collaboration tools.
